Mendocino Coast Hospitality Center

Transitional Housing operates at Hospitality North (and on the second floor of the Hospitality Center).

Transitional Housing is an independent living program. Clients are referred from the county’s Coordinated Entry process, having scored a “4” or higher on the “By Name List”. MCHC’s Transitional Housing program serves people with mental illness, and or people with children under 18. Rent is charged per the HUD matrix at 30% of income. This is a clean and sober living program. All tenants complete chores and also voluntary work in the community.
