Mental Health Clinic Analyst: One (1) FT/40hrs/wk. Non-Exempt Salary Range: $17 -$19/Hourly (DOE)
Additional Pay differentials - must qualifying through program, shift, testing or verification.
*Language Translation - Bi-cultural Spanish ($1.00 per hour)
*Bimodal Bilingualism - ASL Sign Language - Interpret from American Sign Language (ASL) to English, and English to ASL. ($1.00 per hour)
The Analyst is responsible for scheduling appointments, processing intake documents, general reception duties, copies/scanning documentation, compiling data, filing, updating documentation, auditing and other office duties, i.e., secretarial, clerical and logistical tasks that help the office environment run smoothly and provide timely service to customers. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook, excellent written & verbal communication skills required. Medical or health records experience desired. Work hours are 8:30 am-5:pm Monday-Friday. Bilingual preferred, not required. Must pass fingerprint background through DOJ, FBI, CAC.
