Housing Outreach Specialist: One (1) FT/40hrs/wk. Non-Exempt Waivered Salary Range: $17 - $19/Hour (DOE)
Housing Outreach Specialist will provide Critical Time Intervention services to newly housed individuals and/or families exiting from our Emergency Shelter and/or Transitional Housing programs.
The Housing Outreach Specialist will work the caseload assigned: 12-24 clients at any given time. This position requires working cooperatively with existing services and programs, program partners, and numerous community agencies. The Housing Outreach Specialist will develop, monitor, and support a plan with each eligible client to maximize his or her ability to maintain housing. Must pass fingerprint background through DOJ, FBI, CAC.
